Léandre is a French multidisciplinary artist based in Paris. A self-taught artist, he works with bronze, plaster, and textiles in a process where sensuality structures the gesture. His work explores eroticism in its most abstract forms, where each piece confronts the tension of the material and seems imbued with an inner movement. He designed this "Heat" rug in wool, jute, and plant-based silk. The natural materials reinforce this narrative and sensory dimension, giving the material an evocative power.
